Start with what the building already has.
Most calls about cooling come from people whose buildings were never designed for it. The right answer depends on what's already there — a furnace with ducts, a panel with room to spare, an attic you can get into — so we look at that first and recommend from it.
Sometimes the answer is the simplest one: the ducts are fine, and a heat pump can use them. Sometimes it's a single ductless head in the one room that overheats. We'd rather tell you that than sell you more.

“Coatings” is part of the name, not the trade. Clearview does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.
